Ten seconds: sleep, soreness, energy, mood. How you feel predicts how you respond to training better than most watch metrics, so it counts as much as your watch.

Running, lifting, riding, team sports, climbing. Prokopōpro-ko-POHFrom the ancient Greek prokoptō (προκόπτω): to cut a path forward, to make headway. Say it pro-ko-POH.In Stoic philosophy, prokopē is the steady progress of someone on the way. It works out tomorrow.

How it works
The home screen answers three questions: how am I, what's next, and what should I change. Few numbers, each one tied to a decision.
Ten seconds: sleep, soreness, energy, mood. How you feel predicts how you respond to training better than most watch metrics, so it counts as much as your watch.
Slept 5h 40m and your calves are sore. Train, but keep it relaxed.
Go, Easy or Recover, in words that fit your morning. The headline changes with your situation: a taper, a rest day, a short night, race day.
The plan shows what moved and why. Sessions you log, and how hard they felt, set up tomorrow.
One plan
load = minutes × RPE
Session RPE, how hard it felt from 0 to 10, works for a long run, a heavy squat day and ninety minutes of football alike. One currency gives one picture of how tired you are, so a hard session in one sport changes tomorrow in another.
| Day | Session · min × RPE | Load | Share of the week's biggest day |

Replanning
Write what changed in plain words. The whole plan adjusts and comes back as a short list of changes you accept or keep. Nothing moves until you say so.
Coach
A note each morning. Ask it anything.
Travelling Thursday to Sunday, hotel gym only. Knee's a bit off too.
19:01The coach
Got it. I kept the hard run before you leave, swapped Friday's gym for a hotel version with no deep knee bends, and moved the long run to Monday.
19:02Ask for a change and your coach suggests one. Nothing in your plan moves until you accept it.
Sessions
A session player for the gym, the track or the living room. Sets are filled in from last time, timers keep going with the screen off, and when you finish the coach answers right away.

2:00How hard was it?
The whole session, 1 = very easy, 10 = all-out. It feeds your training load.
auto_awesomeWhy your coach asksclose
This is RPE — rate of perceived exertion, how hard it felt to you. It is the one measure that works for every sport with or without a watch, so it is what your load is built from and what the coach reads before writing tomorrow's note. Your honest number beats an accurate-looking one.
NICE WORK
Strength A — legs, back & posterior
Saved. Tomorrow's call takes it into account.
DoneUnder the hood
A tested training engine decides what's safe. The AI coach explains it and proposes changes, and the engine checks every proposal before you see it.
A new longest run stays within 10% of your longest in the last 30 days.
Frandsen et al., 2025Hard days follow your seven-day HRV trend compared with your own normal range.
Kiviniemi 2007 · Vesterinen 2016Three loading weeks, then a lighter one, planned ahead of time.
Common periodisation practiceTwo weeks out, volume drops by 41 to 60 percent while intensity stays.
Bosquet et al., 2007At least three to six hours between them, or they go on different days.
Concurrent-training researchAbout sixty words a morning, one suggestion, every number checked against your data.
Prokopō coach guidelinesDevices
Prokopō reads what your devices already record and fills the gaps itself. Here is where each connection stands today.
Sleep, resting heart rate, steps and workouts from any app that writes to it on Android: Polar, Oura, WHOOP, Samsung, Fitbit and more.
Sets, reps, weight, RPE, the morning check-in and your notes. Nobody starts with zero data.
Overnight HRV and training readiness don't reach Health Connect, so they come through Garmin's developer program, which we're applying to.
Live heart rate in the session player from any standard Bluetooth sensor: a chest strap, an armband like the Polar Verity Sense, or a watch set to broadcast heart rate.
Where their app writes to Health Connect, it works today. Direct connections follow when beta users ask; Polar's and COROS's APIs are the most open.
With the iPhone app, before the paid launch. Runs pushed straight to the watch.
FAQ
Anything that writes to Health Connect on Android, which covers Polar, Oura, WHOOP, Samsung, Fitbit and many more. Garmin's overnight HRV needs Garmin's own developer program, which we're applying to. A watch helps, but the check-in and the session player work without one.
Not yet. Prokopō is built natively for Android first. A native iPhone app with Apple Health and Apple Watch support comes before the paid launch.
No. A tested training engine decides load, readiness and what's safe. The coach explains, drafts changes when you tell it something, and every proposal is checked by the engine before you see it.
No. Prokopō gives wellness and training guidance. Signs of illness, chest pain or possible bone stress trigger fixed rules that tell you to stop and see a professional.
